Learn to make fresh pasta entirely by hand - no machine or experience necessary. In this two hour workshop, chef and pasta maker Erica Allen will guide you through everything from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping pasta by hand.
Erica has spent years cooking in professional kitchens and teaching pasta classes from Alabama to New York. Born and raised in Alabama, with family roots going back to Calabria, Italy, her cooking reflects both Southern and Italian traditions.
